We can measure what we build and validate it for your application.

We have a suite of measuring tools and software that are capable of verifying grating parameters and performance. These include:

• Ocean optics fiber spectrometer and custom software for RCWA fitting (see right)

• Davidson D309 5” interferometer

• SORL laser unequal path interferometer

• Pixelvision thinned back-illuminated CCD for UV measurements

• Taylor-Hobson profilometer for film thickness measurements

• Surface mapper reflectance spectrometer for optical thickness measurements

• Polarizing transmitted light interference microscope for measuring optical path length differences in film

We also have access to a wide range of nanomaterials measuring equipment through UNCs Institute for Advanced Materials
